Once again LeToya is about to get replaced by Farrah Franklin:

YBF snitches report that LeToya's rumored fiance Deshawn Stevenson (of the Washington Wizards) has been chatting it up extra hard with Destiny's other ex-stepchild--Farrah Franklin.

Apparently the two have been chatting back and forth on myspace recently and left some extra steamy and graphic messages on each other's message columns late last night. There must have been some regret because the messages were removed today--clearly word got back to Miss Toya about it all. Deshawn is known to ho it up around town with groupie love and other chicks--but he's not ashamed to admit his love for Toya either. Interestingly enough--Farrah and Deshawn dated back in middle school as well. She must have decided to dip into her own leftovers when that jump off situation with Weezy led her nowhere. Damn.

Deshawn also has removed LeToya from his Top Friends list on myspace. But replaced her with this new chick and Farrah. I would think you would oput your fiance as #1....

Or are "taking a break". What is this "take a break" nonsense anyway? Verrrry interesting. The extra camera ready engagement should have been the first sign this ish wouldn't last. So Nick getting all snuggly with a certain actress and being fiance-less on Tuesday night shouldn't be hard to believe. Ish was over before they even hit the church. Damn.

On rumors of her relationship with Krucial Keys... "See, I never talk about my personal relationship, which is why I'm not in the gossip rags. The person who people do think that I am involved with is a gentleman named Krucial, who is my production partner." When asked if that's all rumors, she responded, "But his name isn't--everybody calls him Krucial Keys because we have a company together called Krucial Keys, because my name is Keys and his name is Krucial. So there, I've diffused all of those issues right there."

On the stress that she experienced while producing her new album... "I was already hearing very different melodies and musical progressions. You know when you're not in a good space, you're kind of extra hard on yourself about things that are unnecessary. So on top of whatever I was dealing with, I was creating more hardship because I was being so judgmental about everything. And it was obviously time for me to take some time to figure out what the f*** was going on with me. I'm usually so solid--I'm not the chick that breaks down. I'm not the one who loses it and wilds out, that's not my thing. I was trying to hold in these emotions, so as not to trigger any type of unusual behavior. But it was inevitable."
When asked what kind of stress she experienced, she responded, "When you're planning a schedule for an album, you're planning things a year and a half in advance, and saying yes to things a year and a half in advance. And when I confirmed to do [Smokin Aces], the smart thing would have been, 'I can do that, ut I gotta have at least a week off, just so I can kind of get my head together.' That's not what I did."

Ursh's new wife Tameka and his mom Jonetta have been playing nice for the cameras after this whole wedding drama, but YBF snitches saw first hand that their beef is some real ish. At Usher's special fragrance party last night at NY's Cipriani's, Jonetta showed up to "support" her son. But she stayed extra close to her lil boo (emphasis on lil since he's half her age) and her other son James. When Tameka arrived hours late, she walked past her mother in law and bitterly ignored her. According to my source:

"...you could still slice the tension in the room with a knife when those two walked right past AND ignored each other a few times. They may have made nice for a camera or two, but don't believe the hype."

Ursh also made a point to shout out his moms every 30 seconds on the mic and dedicated his fragrance to her. Sounds like he was trying to make up for letting this wedding/pregnancy drama get to a foolish point. But Momma Ursh is still pissy--with both of them. Adrienne Curry--the 1st winner of ANTM and the chick who's still trying to remain relevant by marrying Peter Brady on a reality show--posted a myspace blog saying she's boycotting Black History Month and BET:

me think...This is gonna be hard guys. I LOVE the comedians on BET. I also LOVE the fact that they play my favorite show of all time, In Living Color. However, I do not believe in seperating ANY RACE in America. WE ARE AMERICANS! How dare we have Black History Month! In my eyes, the Native Americans deserve it MUCH more, seeing how we destroyed their ENTIRE SOCIETY. There are hardly any of them left! They also have been proven to have the WORST living conditions on their reservations. I want AN AMERICAN HISTORY MONTH. One where we learn about EVERY race, ALL OF OUR LEADERS, EVERYONE! I think by having a month dedicated to one race, and not one for any other, is RACIST. Every fund set up to only help people of one race is SICK and RACIST.

Yes, I get it. Black people were slaves here once. You know what? That does suck some major balls, however, it is time to move the f*ck
on. Do we hear the Jews crying that they were made slaves for thousands of years? Do we hear them whine that they should OWN the pyramids in Egypt because THEY broke their backs making them? Do we hear them bitch and moan about Hitler, etc? (my hubby is a Jew)Nope, we dont. It's time for us to UNITE AS ONE. I do not think that singling out one race, giving one race opportunities to go to college (I know a TON of poor white.asian, indian, american indian, etc etc that
could use that too!), giving one race the EXCUSE to blame things on others for being whatever nationality they are, is a good way at making sure we NEVER kill racism.

I am over this shit. WE ALL CAME FROM ONE BLACK WOMAN FROM AFRICA, THAT is our EVE! It has been proven by science, and I stand by it. If any other race had a chanel dedicated to just them, we would think it was racist. If any other race demanded a month be set aside for ONLY them, they would be considered racist. I am NOT living by this double standard any longer.

"Justin" in Junior high. Nothing serious, but I really liked him. He was

So, I will no longer tune into BET. This is going to suck, but I do NOT
like the idea of having a chanel for only 1 race. In the year 2007 in a country that is supposed to be the most advanced and equal. This is unexceptable! I will also no longer acknowledge Black History Month. Instead, I will see it the way that Morgan Freeman does (I have the quote at the bottom of my last blog on Obama/jesseJackson, and OJ). AMERICAN HISTORY MONTH! I will read/watch/and learn about ALL the people who made a difference in this country.

I am asking you ALL to join me. Black, White, Indian, Asian, Russian,
Australian, etc etc.....lets be AMERICANS together! What happened to the African American community was AMERICAN HISTORY, not BLACK HISTORY. If you want to celebrate in a way that excludes others and singles one race out, count me the F*CK out! I am soooo proud to be an American. I am SO proud that I have friends of every race, and none of us see each other as anything but what we are..people. Lets change Black History Month to 2 months of AMERICAN
HISTORY. We will still learn about all the black leaders and people who
made a difference....just not with the racist name of "Black History
Month". It has to start somewhere. I am going to do my part in making sure we are all treated EQUAL in a country that CLAIMS we are. NO MORE SPECIAL TREATMENT FOR ANYONE WITH ANYTHING!

Splitsville: Dwyane & Siohvaughn Wade

YBF snitches put out the bug to me a little while back that there was trouble in Wadeville. And now my sources are saying that after 5 years of marriage, the Wades are definitely headed to Splitsville. Dwayne's wife Siohvaughn just had their second baby Zion in May of this year and she was everywhere during her pregnancy--her hubby's Heat games, parties, all that. But shortly after delivering the baby, YBF snitches say she moved back to their hometown of Chicago to "get help with the baby". Mmhmm.

Meanwhile, Sio is still in the Chi and hasn't been seen anywhere with Dwyane in months. In fact, Mr. Wade has been seen around Vegas and Miami with some new lil boos...including Gabby Union. Sources say the two have separated for now and aren't necessarily working on getting back together. At least D-Wade isn't. Apparently the fame Mr. Wade has gotten over the past year or so went to his head and Siohvaughn couldn't keep tabs on her man's wandering ways. Too bad because he was one of the few NBA ballers who respected his vows....at first.

BREAKING NEWS: Jena 6's Mychal Bell's Conviction OVERTURNED!

I just received news that the ruling came down minutes ago from the District Court Judge in Jena, Louisiana in regards to a motion that would cause Bell's conviction to be overturned. His conviction HAS officially been overturned and there will be NO sentencing on September 20th. Mychal has been in prison since December of '06. Attorney Louis Scott, the head defense lawyer for 16 year old Mychal Bell, has relayed the official word to me that Bell's case has been sent to Juvenile Court where it should have been in the first place. There will be no sentencing (Bell was facing 22 years in federal prison), but the rally will still take place on September 20th in Jena since there are still 5 more trials to be held. This case indeed sets a precedent. Thanks to all of the YBF fam and Jena 6 supporters all over the world who have donated prayers and monetary help to this incredible cause.

The exact next steps are not known at this instant, but the defense team is looking to move Bell to a juvenile facility from his adult prison facility today.

The backstory of this case is appalling, but justice has been served. The "time" is much more likely to fit the alleged "crime" with this now being a juvenile case. All of the national support has paid off and should be an example for how the power of words and actions can change our world.

Mya Mistakes Herself For An A-Lister+Fashionistas Take Manhattan

According to New York Magazine, Mya acted a donkey and pulled out all the diva stops at the Tommy Hilfiger Fashion Show this week. Apparently she was salty that she didn't get A-list treatment:

ubiquitous, young(ish) singer didn't get seated with the other cool kids at Tommy Hilfiger's show and spent the entire production pulling a completely petulant bitchface?

Mya, who, to be fair, was so precariously crammed onto the end of her front-row bleacher that she probably had to concentrate pretty hard on not slipping off and falling on her ass. She made no effort to hide her irritation at this snub and spent the whole show pulling every face in the book (except a decent poker face). Considering the fact that she was also seated in Siberia at JustSweet last night, we suspect she may be considering firing her press rep.

I mean, I like Mya and all...but somebody tap this chick and explain what her real status and role is. I see she's not real clear on that.

Wyclef Jean called into Boston's JAM’N 94.5’s “Ramiro & Pebbles Morning Show” yesterday and had some startling opinions on his former Fugee bandmate, Lauryn Hill’s state of mind, “my advice and being in the studio wit her for a short time I felt a sense of bipolar… You know… So my advice is like a psychiatrist and to seek meds.” He continues to talk about Ms. Hill’s most recent coverage in the news, photographed performing in what most have called a “homey the clown” get-up, “who ever is letting her go out like that and perform like that is obviously that person don’t have her best interest and is just trying to make money off of her.”

Either way....we hope for the best for Baby Z.
